How soon in advance should I book my bridal trial?

It's entirely your call and depends on your schedule! We suggest sooner than later to ensure your chosen style and stylists are the perfect fit for you,  3/4 months before your big day is ideal. We advise scheduling no later than 1 month before your wedding day to guarantee you love the final look!

Do I need to make an appoitment?

Yes! We are appointment only.

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance to guarantee an artist for a special occasion appointment and up to 9-12 months in advance for a wedding.

Do you travel?

YES! Our artists are available for on-site travel anywhere, even out of state. If you're located outside our 10-mile range, a travel fee of $0.95 per mile applies (or a flat fee of $10 if within range). We also have a studio in Grand Rapids, MI, where you're welcome to visit located at 1111, 8A Godfrey Ave SW 2nd Floor, Grand Rapids, MI 49503

What is the difference between airbrush foundation and traditional foundation?

Airbrush foundation is a fine mist that provides a light, natural coverage, sitting delicately on the skin. Traditional foundation, on the other hand, offers a fuller coverage, seamlessly melting into the skin. The choice between the two depends entirely on your skin type, so it's crucial to consult with your makeup artist to determine which option suits you best!

Is a deposit required?

Yes. In order to secure and reserve the day, a 50% retainer fee of the total, along with an additional 5% booking fee, is required.
A contract must also be signed to complete the booking process.

Is there a minimum of people I need in order to book?

A minimum of 4 services per artist is required to book a wedding only on Saturdays. Failure to meet this minimum will result in additional fees.

For Special Occasion bookings, there is no minimum requirement, but availability on weekends is not guaranteed.

What product brands do our artists use?

To ensure the highest quality, our artists utilize a range of brands and products. If you have any allergies, please communicate them to your artist.

How long does an appointment take?

It 100% depends on the style and look you're going for! On average appointments will take anywhere from 45-60 minutes and bridal trials taking around 60-90 minutes.
